How to work it, without being obvious!

Chicks try Too hard and it shows, maybe the guys check them out, but not the way they were hoping for! You know what I mean.... walking swinging their rear end to an extreme left then right literally busting moves that could give you a broken hip, sticking their chest out so far that they look like they swallowed two blow fishes and whipping their hair back and forth giving their man a mouthful unwanted horse tail.
AND WE CONSIDER THIS SEXY?????
Even worse when they wear a slamming pair of higher than high heels and are walking like they fell out of a moving vehicle....if you don't know how to walk in heels, wear flats....Please!!!!
